Verification documents required!
One of the most queried processes in our regular security checks is the submission of player’s identity verification documents. The confusion that often arises with the submission documents is that they are not always requested during a player’s first interaction with the casino. Although all players do not need to submit these documents straight away, every player at Vegas Palms will have to submit their verification documents at one point in time (As per the casino’s terms and conditions).
Once the request for documents is sent, players are required to send through high-resolutions copies of:
- Government-issued photo identification or driving license
- A utility bill less than 3 months old, so we can verify the address you gave us on registration
- The front and back of your credit card(s) to make sure nobody is using your card fraudulently
When sending the copy of a credit card, players are only required to display the first 6 and last 4 numbers. The other 4 digits and your CCV numbers can be blacked out.
Why is it important to submit high-resolution copies?
Any copies submitted need to be of a file size larger than 1MB or, at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). This requirement is in place to ensure that we are able to see the details in each image clearly, as low quality images may not always allow this. Players failing to abide by this may be asked to resubmit their documents.
