What is responsible gambling?

We offer the ability for you to control your gaming and play by allowing you to reduce your transaction, daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. These amounts may be decreased immediately,
but any increase will only be implemented after 24 hours following receipt of your request. Please contact our Customer Care Centre for any further information regarding deposits.
Why use responsible gambling policies?
Unfortunately, many people forget that the true thrill of gambling, whether online or land-based, is to have fun, and that being rewarded with those big wins is not what everything’s about. How we protect you
Vegas Palms can also, at your discretion, put extra safety measures into place. Should you feel you need to distance yourself from gambling at the casino, we can block your access to the casino for a selected period of time. You may either:
- Choose a 24-hour-minimum period for ‘cooling off’.
- Choose a 6-month-minimum ‘self-exclusion’ period (your account access will be suspended during this period, as well as access to any casino funds in the account you may have at the moment you choose this option).
