Download and Registration

I’ve never been what anyone would describe as tech savvy; the only thing I’d ever really used my laptop for was to write articles, and even then, the act of getting a shortcut for my version of Word onto my desktop became something of a nightmare. I have become better over time, and am still not a computer whizz, but can do just about any basic task you care to throw my way. It was realizing my limitations on the computer front that initially caused me to have reservations about taking my love of casino games onto the online world.
I assumed that there would be all sorts of files to save, hoops to jump through, and perhaps even a blood sample required in order to get started, and there’s nothing I despise more than being made to feel like a dumb blonde. What eventually did make me feel stupid though was when I finally found the courage, fuelled by gin, to actually give online casinos a try. It was so simple, I actually felt like a fool for believing I would have had any kind of problems.
It didn’t even occur to me that I wouldn’t actually have to download anything, as most casinos offer a one-click flash based alternative. Take Vegas Palms as an example, where all you have to do is click the instant play link, and watch as the flash version loads in, well, a flash. You can even play for fun, taking the casino for a test drive if you will, and if you like what you see, then all you have to do is register, deposit some funds and then jump right into the action. The whole process of registering and downloading, should you choose that option over flash, can be done in a matter of minutes.
Don’t let a perceived lack of computer knowledge keep you from great casino action, and who knows, maybe after playing a few rounds of blackjack, you’ll become confident enough to create a desktop shortcut.
