What is responsible gambling?
Vegas Palms Online Casino holds to the same ethics of responsible online gambling as you would find in a land-based casino.
‘Responsible gambling’ means that we use industry-standard policies to protect you at the casino.
Please take some time to read through these policies, as they are all aimed at providing you with the knowledge you need to enjoy yourself fully at Vegas Palms.
We’ve compiled a list that outlines what our Responsible Gambling policies aim to achieve:
- Online gambling at Vegas Palms is for entertainment purposes, not for purely financial gain.
- We want all our players to keep track of the money they spend at the casino. Don’t chase those losses!
- Monitor the time spent at the casino.
Why use responsible gambling policies?
Unfortunately, many people forget that the true thrill of gambling, whether online or land-based, is to have fun, and that being rewarded with those big wins is not what everything’s about. We have found that some players at our casino often lose track of their enjoyment, and may cause harm to themselves and others through overspending money they shouldn’t. This addiction is not acceptable. Because of this, Vegas Palms also has an easy self-assessment test. We advise any players who fear they may be becoming addicted to gambling to take this test. Please take note: this test is a private matter, and will never be distributed to anyone outside of the casino.

How we protect you
Vegas Palms can also, at your discretion, put extra safety measures into place. Should you feel you need to distance yourself from gambling at the casino, we can block your access to the casino for a selected period of time. You may either:
- Choose a 24-hour-minimum period for ‘cooling off’.
- Choose a 6-month-minimum ‘self-exclusion’ period (your account access will be suspended during this period, as well as access to any casino funds in the account you may have at the moment you choose this option).
If you have any further concerns or questions regarding these measures, please contact support.
To protect anyone younger than the legal gambling age of 18 from accessing the casino, you may also place filtering options on the Vegas Palms software. Take a look at the links below. They will take you to websites that offer downloadable filtering options:
